At Sanity Jewelry, we want you to be completely in love with your new pieces; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
